Attach the Fisher-Price Rainforest Waterfall Peek-a-Boo Soother to baby's crib and use the critters and sounds of the rainforest to put baby in blissful slumber. The three modes are handy whether using the six minute music, lights, and bubbles setting, the 12 minute music and lights setting, or the 18 minute music only setting. The last is a coup for those putting baby back to sleep in the middle of the night. Each mode has three musical settings: rainforest sounds and classical music, rainforest and lullaby, and merely the sounds of the jungle. The three volume settings are useful, though it would be nice to have a daytime and nighttime setting for the lights, as they can be a bit bright. The special effects aren't Hollywood, but the smiling simian on the vine, the waterfall effect, and the peek-a-boo frog will have babies enthralled. Four C batteries are necessary, but not included. A small fish character in the water bobbles while the bubbles float to the top. Colorful lights slowly turn on and off while two rainforest friends, a swinging monkey and a frog playing peek-a-boo, move about in the leaves. Mom can choose between classical music, lullabies, or rainforest sounds for her baby, and choose between 3 modes of activation. In mode 1, mom can set the soother for lights, music, and motion that will continue for 6 minutes. In mode 2, mom can set the soother for only music and lights which will continue for 12 minutes. In mode 3, mom can set the soother to play only music for 18 minutes as baby drifts off to sleep. Both mom and baby are able to activate the soother by pressing the cute toucan button on the front of the unit. Volume is adjustable between high, medium, and low.

20 months...and counting!
I've had this soother since my little one was about 3 months old. He's now 20 months and it's still a nightly ritual. It would truly be a perfect item if it had the option of using electricity, as opposed to batteries (I go through a new set probably every 2-3 months, which isn't bad, I guess...) and if it had a remote control to keep it going from a distance. My little one likes the music, lights and bubbles, but you can only get this "combo" for a short time (6 minutes). While he can restart it as often as he likes now, it would have come in handy in the earlier months when I had to sneak/crawl into his room and hit the restarter button, and hope to not to be seen. Nonetheless, I highly recommend this soother!

I recived it within a couple days. I loved it.. My Grandson loves it too. The remote control is wonderful and easy. The soft music and gentle light sooth him so he can fall asleep. I wish they had this product when I had my kids... It is a wonderful product and I would rate it highly.. Your child would love it..I also got the Deluxe Gym and my daughter got the bouncer to the set.. It comes with everything your child would enjoy...
Lots of options, great for soothing
This was the first gift we received as expectant parents, and is still one of the best, nine months later. There are lots of options for movement, music, and lights. Our daughter is always interested and calmed down by this. It works great in the crib, as a way to help her relax and put herself to sleep. It really helped when she was tiny and didn't want to go down. Great soother!
